We speak with Minnesota author Mary Casanova about two new books, Riot and Curse of a Winter Moon. Riot examines the labor dispute in International Falls in 1989, while Curse of a Winter Moon is set in 16th-century France. Mary Casanova has won many awards for her children's books. We also talk with New York Times bestselling author CJ Box about his newest Joe Pickett novel Stone Cold. CJ Box has won the Edgar, Anthony, Macavity, Gumshoe and Barry Awards, among many others, and his books have been translated into 27 languages. |
