We speak with Paul Oliver about Get Carter, which has just been republished in the United States. Get Carter was written by Ted Lewis and was made into two movies over the years. It is considered a major influence on the noir school of English crime fiction.

We also talk with J. Otis Powell about Pieces of Sky. J. Otis Powell is one of the founders of Write On! Radio and he has received many awards for his work, including a Loft Creative Nonfiction Award and several Jerome Grants. He is also the author of Theology and My Tongue Has No Bone. His writing has appeared in many publications.
